12/30/2010 Who knew that taking your pet to the doctor would be such a truly professional experience. The professionalism of the staff exceeded my expectations.It is evident that the staff not only cares about animals in general but my dog in particular. They greeted my pup within seconds of my arrival, helped her on the scale with treats and taught us a new trick to teach her! The Technician knew her stuff! She explained everything in a way that I would be able to understand it. She answered all of our questions and helped us decide on procedures necessary during our visit. Oh, and the doctor! She was AWESOME! she was so wonderful with JoJo! The shot was quick and painless and she made sure to help us with all of our concerns. You guys are FANTASTIC!
